Over the past two months, where have median prices gone? DOWN.
Where has unemployment gone? UP
Imports? Exports? Commercial RE? Tax Revenue?

Everything is bleeding. Watch what happens to the DOW/S&P this summer. Summer of rage is upon us.

As for the statement, “go rent, which is better” that does not make any sense, because we are at the time of a plateau, where the only thing left is to rise over a longer period of time.
What do you say to that?
Gee

If you can’t tote the note, it’s not your house. Time to go rent, which is better, anyway, as house prices will continue to fall for the next few years.
