I did this video for people to see sort of the pricing structure for consumer fireworks. If you ever buy fireworks in large amounts you should consider finding a wholesaler in your area. The downside is you have to buy everything by the case. My advice is to buddy up with someone and split the case and the cost. This way you can save yourself some money. This wholesaler is Kellners Fireworks located in Barkeyville Pa. I usually buy my Class C items here. He has a fireworks demo night in April which I usually attend, I just wanted to visit to do a little pre-game and get ready for the firework season to start. I hope you enjoy the video it has three parts. Please feel free to rate and/or comment. When you look at the prices listed remember if you buy a single piece the price is twice as much as it would be if you did not buy the entire price. If you look at the single piece price you sort of could cut it in half if you buy the case. It get confusing until you start to figure it out. kellfire.com

hey Dave, i myself is a firework lover too as a kid and every year i would compare prices like save the paper and see what went up or down. where i live is hard to get good fireworks they only sell fountains. i cant stand TNT, blockbuster, and phantom safe fireworks i think there over priced and you don’t get what you pay for. i like your videos of wholesale the prices are reasonable even if you buy it single

If you have a Pennsylvania permit you can buy anything on the showroom floor or 1.4 classified fireworks. Or if you live in Pa and do not have a permit you can drive to wfboom in Ohio and purchase there.

Does the pa permit mean you can light fireworks legally or does that mean you can purchase the illegal ones there. If you have any info on this please let me know. I live in Wexford and I won’t go up there if I can’t get any good stuff.thanks Dave!

these prices are pretty much as good as here in finland, but here they sell fireworks here only for a week before new year. really cheap stuff, and no need to buy in cases or large packs. i usually spend around 500€ every year, and get a TON of goodies.

Great advice Dave, I only buy cases and they get mailed to my house. Usually get a few cases free and they always send a few cases of overstocked items. Nice getting cases for free. But you have to spend a bunch. I got 2 free cases of 5 break shells and I felt like a 2 year old at Xmas!

I wish I could legally purchase fireworks like that in California.
(Aerial Shells, Cakes, Roman Candles, Etc)
In California the fireworks selection is pretty much
limited to sparklers and fountains.

Hey i was wondering if it would be possible for me to purchase fireworks from this great dealer if I am a Pa resident. At 7:15 a flyer says that Pa permits can be purchased here…. Is that what I have to do to buy from this store? I love your videos ….very helpful and inspiring for people like me who love fireworks!! Thank you!!

Total exposure shells are good. I was a little upset because I bought a case of those for less than $40.00 one year. The word must have got out how good they were. One year at demo night someone lit one and when everyone heard it go off, we all ran inside and started buying them up.I have not heard them this year so I do not know how loud they are, but the history is good on them.
Anonymous 07.04.10 at 8:50 pm
in the part of the vid where you are looking at the shell kits you look at the total explosure shells. i had a hard time understanding what you said about them, something about them being good before,,,,,, something that i can’t understand. would you recommend those shells? they are a good deal and im just not sure if i should try them out.
awesome vid!

It is funny you mentioned them. I just called them in Youngstown today to see if they are going to update their price list for Class B items. A gentleman on the phone told me they are short on Class B items and may not sell any B this year. I have to call back next week. I have not been to their Youngstown location. I have not bought Phantom fireworks for many years but was impressed they have/had Sunny 3 inch shells for a good price.
