you never want to give investors/buyers more than 10 - 14 days to close
Anonymous 12.19.09 at 11:14 pm
Hey Tyrone, just doing some studying thanks! does the contract buyer have a shorter time limit to close than you do with the seller?

maybe the best time ever to start but even if things were normal, people still have to live somewhere and that means they will pay rent or mortgage which provides opportunities for investors

tyrone thanks for the guidance I wish that I’d known even earlier I had an investor try to wait out the due diligence to get the property, and the only thing I knew to do was make sure I had more than 1 investor

i don’t think it would be a good idea because you would need all of your potential buyers to sign a NC and that wouldn’t go well with most of them from my experience
Anonymous 12.19.09 at 11:14 pm
Think a non-compete agreement would work on that as well???

keep up the good work.
