It was helpful, but would have liked to see more. I would consider hearing you speak. Dale Moore.

The Diamond! wow… I hope nobody is buying into this stuff. He obviously doesn’t know much. I went to one of his seminars and he said that he is a ” self help” guru because he has spent more than 85k attending other peoples self help seminars! That makes absolutely no sense! However it is highly entertaining!
Keep them coming Dave!

Nice video. It was helpful, I was able to learn a few important things from this video. I am new to Youtube, can you please check out our most recent video and give me your honest opinion?

Short sales from the homeowner’s perspective is basically one step from foreclosure.

From the homebuyer’s perspective it’s a potentially great investment opportunity to make an modest offer on a home that’s in money trouble. Bank’s would rather sell a home than foreclose on them. But there are risk that you have to be careful about.

Hope this helps.

Short sales are the place in the market that you should be in. And no one is better at teaching the ins and outs to be successful!
