I went to one of his seminars and he said that he is a ” self help” guru because he has spent more than 85k attending other peoples self help seminars! That makes absolutely no sense! However it is highly entertaining!

Anonymous 06.27.09 at 8:48 am: Short sales from the homeowner’s perspective is basically one step from foreclosure.

From the homebuyer’s perspective it’s a potentially great investment opportunity to make an modest offer on a home that’s in money trouble. Bank’s would rather sell a home than foreclose on them. But there are risk that you have to be careful about.
