David Fights Foreclosure in Long Beach, CA

David is a realtor from Long Beach who re-financed his house to pay for some repairs. Due to the economy and decrease in his line of work, David was faced with foreclosure after he was unable to keep up with his payments, and nearly lost his home. Even though he was very knowledgeable about the industry, David had the same troubles as a homeowner.Have you been affected by the housing crisis? Do you know anyone who has? 1. Never take cash out when you refi.
2. Do a loan modification.
3. Take Obama up on his offer to help.

Anothercoilgun: I agree with you. I know someone who works with the coroner and
suicides are up 31% due to this economic disaster — the news is not reporting what’s really going on in this country, it’s a lot worse than most realize and this is just the beginning because
Obama has created no paying jobs, just the “Gift Act” which is soviet style mandatory-volunteerism — googlle it!

Has anyone every considered that the whole early 2000 century foreclosure crisis is a form or terrorism? Look at how many people are directly effected and the even large numbers that are indirectly infected. No need for bombs, bullets, or viruses. The job got done anyway.

I though you would have known better being a realtor. I wonder if you’re still a realtor, well hopefully things work out.
