It is the easiest way to make money. On average it takes about 10 minutes to inspect a home including writing a report. You walk around the house very fast look for any visible sign of damage then inside even faster and to look major damage, if you don’t see anything just use your old report and change a couple of words that was it. $75 for 10 minute work that’s not too bad.

Believe me I have witnessed it many times. It is quick money, anyone can do it.

It is easy to be a home inspector, you study, take the test and you inspect homes for money. The easiest part is inspecting, you don’t have to do anything because you’re not responsible for what you can’t see. So you just walk around alittle and you charge the money. Most of the time home inspectors don’t even show up, they just reuse the old reports from old inspection. Anyone can do this, as long as you know how to be dishonest and willing to commit fraud you can be a home inspector.
